The Seine

Paris and the Normandy Landing Beaches are highlights on the Seine, but there is a lot more to enjoy on this river.

All itineraries include a day in Paris, a call at Les Andelys to visit the Chateau - Gaillard, built by Richard the Lionheart in 1196, and Vernon, for tours to Giverny where Monet lived and painted.

In beautiful Rouen visit the Cathedral and Church of Saint Joan, built where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake in 1431. Also from Caudebec-en-Caux, half day tours go to the delightful Normandy fishing village of Honfleur and full day trips visit Pegasus Bridge and the D-Day Landing Beaches.
